Flood FAQ's

The National Flood Insurance Program does not allow a payment program for flood insurance. Our agency accepts most major credit cards and our customers find this an acceptable alternative to a payment program.

ProSurant offers several convenient and safe methods for our clients to pay flood premiums.

1. Check or money orders may be sent to: PO Box 2057. Kalispell, MT 59903-2057 or to the street address: 555 Corporate Drive, Kalispell, MT 59903.

2. Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express Credit cards may be used to pay premiums. We provide toll free numbers for payment using your credit card by telephone.

3. We also offer check by phone.

The questions in our online questionnaire are designed to provide you a fast and efficient way to obtain flood insurance. After you complete the online questionairre and provide us data about your home, your contact information and the amount of flood coverage you need, an agent will contact you and provide you your quote or ask you for additional information.

A Flood Agent is always ready to provide you a quote with you on the phone.  All you have to do is call our toll free number.  We are open Monday to Friday, 8am to 5:30pm, Central time.

1. Submit the online application.

2. A proSurant agent will prepare your quote and send it to you (usually by email). Your quote should arrive in your email or fax within 6 to 24 hours, depending on the time you submit the quote and if we have obtained all of the required information.

3. Sometimes we will call you if we need additional information to prepare you an accurate flood quote.

4. Your completed quote should arrive in your email within 6 to 24 hours (depending on the time you submit the quote).
